Bulletproof Coffee is one of the best breakfast options I’ve discovered since I started biohacking. It’s high in fat and low in carbs which allows for a smooth yet sharp energy and focus.
So far I have not experienced any crashes on this morning brew. Something I can’t say of my regular morning coffee. For me, it’s all about the gradual peak in energy. The fat in bulletproof coffee is not just a source of energy but also slows down the absorption of the caffeine leading to a steady and gentle come up of the caffeine effects.
I also add CBD. Mainly cause it smoothens the effects of the caffeine even more. Next to that, I add a Lions Mane extract because I’ve been reading more and more on the beneficial cognitive effects this has.
