Guest Kati Scheibeler, American Custom Environmental and Safety, acesconsultingfirm[at]gmail[dot]com, discusses pesticides in the cannabis sector, including regulations, pitfalls and implications for occupational health and safety.
Kati was born and raised in Colorado. Graduated Regis University in 2008 with Bachelors of Science in Environmental science and minors in Biology and Spanish. Career began with private environmental health and safety consulting firm with large government land management agency clients. Onto the last 6 or so years in regulatory enforcement at the Colorado Department of Agriculture and the Marijuana Enforcement Division as a lead investigator and subject matter expert. Now beginning operations for my own investigative training/consumer watch dog/compliance consulting company.
