2 pound ground turkey
1 tsp 7 spices
1/4 tsp black pepper
1/2 cup chopped parsley
1/2 cup chopped onion
1 tsp pepper paste (optional )
1 tsp A1 sauce or Worcestershire sauce (optional)
2 minced garlic gloves
1 tsp salt or to taste
1-Mix all the ingredients except the ground turkey well then add ground turkey and mix well. The mixture will be soft.
2-Keep in fridge for about 1 hour.
3-Make small burger sliders or regular burgers then keep in the freezer for 20 minutes. The thickness about 1/4 inch
4-Cook on regular pan with very little oil or on grill pan brushed with oil on medium heat.
5-Cook on one side until brown about 5 to 8 minutes then flip and cook for 3-5 more minutes.
6-With small dinner rolls make the sliders. You can add tomato, onion, lettuce, avocado, mustard, ketchup and mayo. All as per your taste.
